I want you to know that Somniac PM has been a true life saver for me. I was diagnosed with insomnia when I was around 17-18 years old. I've honestly had sleeping problems for a VERY long time now. My problem is falling asleep and for some ungodly reason I cannot fall asleep on my own. Sure I have been prescribed medication to help me sleep but they only work for a few days and then I have to stop taking them for a few days to make them work again, if they work at all.
